We will ship the ordered bag within the next 2-4 working days, after receiving the order or after receiving an advance payment. Otherwise - for example, in case of longer delivery times - you will receive a message from us by e-mail. The delivery of the package takes 1-2 days within Germany, and 3-5 days in other EU countries and Austria.

The bags are checked by our team to the best of our knowledge and carefully packed. However, if a bag arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement.

However, accurate documentation of the damage is important for uncomplicated processing, so you should issue a damage confirmation message in the presence of the parcel delivery company and not accept the damaged shipment (breakage, torn packaging, completely or partially lost goods) or return it if already accepted.

If the package has not arrived after several days (please note the transit times abroad) and has not been delivered to your neighbors, please contact us. We will try to find your shipment by means of a search request. Please note that a DPD investigation can take several weeks in Germany and up to two months abroad.
