    Harold's Second-Hand

    At Harold's we design our bags sustainably, design them timelessly and manufacture them with the best craftsmanship. Our vision is "Companions for a Lifetime", but sometimes you just need a bigger bag. Or a smaller one. That's where the Ninyes resale program comes in:
    We have developed a Harold's Bags second-hand service to make the buy-back service as easy as possible for you. You can either sell your used Harold's bag back to us quickly and easily or buy refurbished, re-loved bags from our second-hand collection.

    We have made the buy-back service as easy as possible for you!

    Send us your used Harold's bags back and you'll quickly receive a voucher to use towards either new or re-loved Harold's items. All you have to do is pack and ship your items,
    and we'll take care of the rest. You'll receive a Harold's voucher quickly, and the best part is that you don't have to wait until the bags are sold.

    This is how it works:


    For each item that is suitable for resale, we will reimburse you 70% (for items with a value of more than €70) or 50% (for items with a value of less than €70) of the estimated resale price. You will receive the voucher within approximately two weeks,
    after you have sent the item to us. The voucher is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. Further information, detailed instructions and terms of use can be found on the website of our recycling partner Ninyes.

    What can I send in?

    YES, PLEASE:
    Used Harold's bags and accessories. All items should be in good condition, intact, clean and have an intact brand tag. The minimum accepted selling price for each item must be €10.
    NO THANKS:
    Dirty, stained, broken, clearly faded or discolored bags. Bags with animal hair or a strong odor. Sample or second-hand bags with brand tags cut off. We do not accept socks, underwear and hair accessories.
