The bag was actually very nice. But since the color (yellow) didn't look like the picture, I had to send it back at my own expense. I thought that was a shame. I would have been happy if these costs had been covered the first time I sent it back. So unfortunately I won't be ordering any more bags online.

Good workmanship, nice bag. However, I got caught in the rain on the first day of use. Now there are stains all over the bag from the rain, which no longer looks nice. How can I get rid of these stains?

We would like to give you the following information regarding your request:
The rain stains you describe only occur occasionally on bags from the CHAZA series. These can usually be removed without any problems.
Please use a well-moistened, soft sponge and moisten the entire surface of the bag evenly with distilled water. You can also gently massage the affected areas with visible stains using light pressure. Allow the bag to air dry afterwards.
