The cubicbag travel- and sportbag S is made of original convertible top material as used in automobile production. For this purpose, on average 80% "leftovers" from the production of convertible tops and 20% new convertible top material was used. The material is almost waterproof, colorfast and dimensionally stable, i.e. it does not wear out.

The travelbag is carried by hand on the short handle or over the shoulder on the two long straps. The shoulder straps are made of leather. The special and clear shape of the travelbag results from the principle of folding.

Unfilled, it is flat and can be stored in a space-saving way. Half-filled, the bag unfolds at the bottom, fully packed to a cuboid body with rounded sides. Zipper and metal Loxx pulls keep the bag closed in any condition. The interior has an inner pocket with two dividers. The travelbag is suitable for a short trip, as a weekender. Its special shape and functionality make it a design object with high usability.

The cubicbag travel was awarded the red dot award in 2001 and the finalist award at the International Leather Goods Fair in Offenbach in 2005.
